Kim Loughlin

Kim Loughlin is an experienced professional specializing in product management and IT service delivery. Currently serving as the Product Manager for End User Compute at New Zealand Defence Force since August 2019, Kim oversees the development and implementation of revitalized End User Compute services while managing recruitment and team leadership. Previously, Kim worked as an ITIL Expert at NZ Transport Agency, contributing to a new Operating Model, and held multiple roles at Computer Concepts Limited, including Client Director, Client Relationship Manager, and Project Manager, all aimed at enhancing customer relationships and supporting business transformation.
