Matthew Ward

Matthew Ward is currently working as a Principal Workforce Planner at the New Zealand Defence Force, where Matthew provides reporting and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders. Previously, Matthew held roles as an Operations Analyst and Administration Support Officer at the Ministry of Social Development, and as an Electrical Labourer at Rapid Current Ltd. Matthew also has experience as a Student Teacher at Massey University and holds a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) from Massey University and a Bachelor of Music from New Zealand School of Music.
