Pauline Fa'Avae

Pauline Fa'avae is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Shared Services Manager (Northern) within the New Zealand Defence Force since January 2018. Prior to this role, Pauline held various leadership positions at nib New Zealand from January 2011 to June 2017, including New Business Team Leader, Team Leader for Underwriting & Administration, and Health Claims Team Leader. Earlier experience includes roles as a Claims Adviser and Customer Services Officer at TOWER from November 2007 to January 2011, and as a Croupier at SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited between September 2000 and May 2004. Pauline's educational background includes attendance at Epsom Girls Grammar School from 1993 to 1997.
