Steve Hancock

Steve Hancock has extensive experience in military and human resources roles within the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), currently serving as Directing Staff at the NZDF Command and Staff College since July 2020. Previous positions include Deputy Director Strategic Engagement - Global and Relationship Manager, alongside significant roles such as Chief of Staff at the New Zealand Defence College and RNZAF Air Adviser in Canberra. Steve's background features a strong focus on training development, human resources policy, and operational planning, complemented by educational qualifications including a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University and a Graduate Diploma in Defence and Security Studies from Universiti Malaya.
