Tony Lee is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project management, planning, and infrastructure delivery across various sectors. Currently with the New Zealand Defence Force since 2015, Tony leads Enabling Capability Delivery initiatives. Previously at the NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade from 2008 to 2014, significant contributions included implementing a Project Management Office and enhancing project maturity. Tony's earlier roles spanned from Director of Naval Infrastructure Requirements at the Royal New Zealand Navy to managerial positions at New Zealand Oil Services Ltd and Shell, focusing on infrastructure, safety, and project execution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury and further studies in marketing and business administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
