Paul Chubb is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the manufacturing and dairy sectors. Currently serving as Factory Manager, Head of Operations, and Production Manager at New Zealand Health Manufacturing since April 2021, Paul previously held several key management roles at Fonterra from July 1993 to December 2020, including Operations Manager, Cream Plant Manager, Regional Laboratory Manager, Chemistry Coordinator, and Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor. Paul has demonstrated strong people management skills, effectively leading teams ranging from 100 to over 500 staff members and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Waikato and a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Massey University.
