Prior to this role, Philip Melton worked as Key Account Manager for Sport Sales at Oakley from January 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included account management, product presentation, and sales staff motivation across multiple states. Philip Melton also held a managerial position at Ozmosis (Rip Curl Group) from January 2006 to January 2011, overseeing various retail locations.
