Janet McNaughtan is an experienced program and project management professional with a robust background in public sector roles. Currently serving as Program Manager at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade since August 2021, Janet previously held the title of Programme Manager at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand, among other positions. Notable past roles include PMO Manager and Business Lead at MBIE Property and Finance, where Janet led the development of PMO prioritisation and governance, and PMO Manager for the Ministry of Social Development's Simplification programme.
