Niki Menzies

Niki Menzies (美玲) is a Foreign Policy Officer at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade since February 2021. Previously, Niki served as a Language Ambassador and Research Assistant at The University of Auckland during 2020, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, transcribing, and proofreading articles. Niki was also a Summer Research Scholar in the School of Cultures, Languages and Linguistics in 2019 and held the title of Arts Fellow in Chinese History. Niki holds a Conjoint Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Arts with majors in Chinese, Economics, International Business, and Art History from The University of Auckland, alongside a language certificate in Chinese from Yunnan University and NCEA Levels 1-3 from Wellington High School.
