Rosie Zwart

Rosie Zwart is an experienced professional in the field of research, evaluation, and education equity, currently serving as the Unit Manager for Education Equity and Inclusion at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade since January 2019. Zwart has held various key positions including Lead Adviser for Planning and Results and Senior Adviser for Monitoring and Evaluation within the same ministry. Previous experience includes working as a Policy Analyst at OECD - OCDE, and serving as a Monitoring and Results Adviser in the International Development Group at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade. Zwart operated as a self-employed Social Science Research and Evaluation Contractor, delivering projects for organizations such as the Department of Corrections and Wellington City Council. Additionally, Zwart has held roles at the Department of Corrections as a Senior Policy Advisor focused on evaluation and as a Researcher at the Learning and Skills Development Agency. Rosie Zwart holds a Master of Arts in Applied Social Science Research from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from the University of Canterbury.
