The Leadership Team at New Zealand Foreign Affairs & Trade is responsible for setting the strategic direction and policy framework of the Ministry. Comprising senior executives, including the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executives, they guide diplomatic initiatives, oversee international relations, and ensure the alignment of foreign policy with New Zealand’s national interests, fostering a safer, more prosperous, and sustainable future for New Zealanders.
