Bryan Dobson has held various roles in sales, marketing, and customer service throughout their career. Bryan has worked in multiple companies such as New Zealand Post, Mercury NZ, Mighty River Power, Sovereign, CIBC, and Bank of New Zealand. Currently, Bryan serves as the Chief Customer Officer at New Zealand Post, where Bryan oversees sales, marketing, customer experience, pricing, digital, and customer service operations. Throughout their career, Bryan has also held positions such as Chief Marketing Officer, General Manager of Market Solutions, Head of Digital and Transformation, General Manager of Bosco Connect, and Manager of Ventures, among others.
