Jason Welham is an IT Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in technology and vendor management. Currently employed at New Zealand Post since August 2012, Jason has also served as a Senior System Analyst and previously held positions at Statistics New Zealand as an IT Vendor Manager and Software Consultant, focusing on contract negotiations and software licensing. Jason's early career includes leadership roles as Managing Director of Planet 4 Cyber Cafe and Team Leader for RNZAF Web Development, alongside initial development work at New Zealand Post. Jason's educational background includes a BA/MBA in Politics and Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, completed from 1989 to 1994.
