Keith Fenwick is an accomplished professional in the courier and logistics industry with extensive experience spanning over 24 years. Currently serving as the National Network Delivery Manager at NZ Post since July 2015, Keith oversees the daily Network Incident Management process with a focus on enhancing Delivery on Time performance. In previous roles at NZ Post, Keith functioned as a Service Improvement Specialist and was seconded to the Network of the Future transformation program as a Courier and Parcel Subject Matter Expert. Prior to joining NZ Post, Keith held the position of Service Performance Manager at Express Couriers, where Keith contributed to the development of a new management system for the business. Keith holds a degree in Production Management from Massey University, complemented by an educational background from Fraser High School.
