Maree Johnson is currently the General Manager of Customer Solutions at NZ Post, a position held since January 2024. Previously, from September 2016 to January 2024, Maree served as Chapter Lead at Genesis, actively evolving the chapter model to empower team members. Additional roles at Genesis included Senior Product Owner for Marketing Automation, Customer Insights, and Data Analytics, where Maree significantly enhanced team productivity and stakeholder satisfaction. Prior experience includes Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst at ANZ and various project consultancy roles, including at Agile Planet Ltd and Manukau City Council. Maree's educational background includes attendance at Macleans College from 1991 to 1994.
