Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and cyber security. Currently serving as General Manager of Technology Infrastructure & Operations at NZ Post since February 2025, Mark has also held the position of Principal Consultant in Cyber Security at SecureTech Consulting since April 2021. Previous roles include Head of Group Security at Genesis from April 2022 to February 2025, and various security-focused positions at SkyCity Entertainment Group from September 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing Cyber Security and IT disaster recovery across the organization. Mark's career began with a strong academic foundation, earning a Master of International Business focused on Customer Experience and Business Strategy, and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Management from the University of Auckland.
