Sharon Bousfield

Sharon Bousfield is an experienced quality services professional with a strong background in testing and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as Quality Services Manager at New Zealand Post since May 2019, Sharon leads a test team focused on automation initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Test & Quality and Test Programme Manager at New Zealand Racing Board, where Sharon established testing needs for transformation projects. Sharon has also held positions as Test Manager and Senior Test Analyst at New Zealand Post, focusing on major system upgrades and client stability within a squad environment. Earlier experience includes Test Manager for Westpac New Zealand Limited and Professional Services Team Manager at Datam. Sharon's career in testing began as a Senior Test Analyst at State Insurance, with a foundational education from Heretaunga College.
