Xiaoou Liu

Xiaoou (Carmen) Liu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the energy and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as PMO Lead at NZ Post since May 2023, prior roles include Planning Lead at One New Zealand and Senior Consultant at BC Strategy. Xiaoou's background includes significant experience at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and various leadership positions at Envision Energy and GE, where responsibilities encompassed project management for oil and gas initiatives, product portfolio management, and customer service in warranty and site fulfillment. Xiaoou holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Thermal & Power Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned in 2009.
