Kevin Morgan

Kevin Morgan has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as the Executive General Manager Employee Relations at KiwiRail since May 2011. Kevin has held various positions at KiwiRail, including Employee Relations & HPHE Manager and Change and Transition Programme Manager for the Interislander division. Prior to KiwiRail, Kevin worked at the Department of Labour, where roles included Human Resource Manager and Senior Employment Relations Specialist. Kevin's earlier career includes positions at the Mid Central District Health Board as a Human Resource Advisor and at the New Zealand Public Service Association as an Organiser. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources & Management from Massey University, earned between 1998 and 2000.
