Paul Bowker

Paul Bowker is an experienced professional in ICT and project management, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio, Governance and Assurance at KiwiRail since June 2022, after previously holding the role of ICT Programme Manager. With a strong background in agile methodologies, Bowker was a Senior Project Manager at LPS New Zealand from June 2021 to June 2022, where oversight of business-wide projects was a key responsibility. Previous roles include Technical Delivery Consultant/Agile Delivery Lead at Datacom from June 2018 to June 2021, and Managing Director at both Amakosi Ltd and I Love Wi-Fi Ltd. Bowker's extensive experience also includes a long-standing contracting role at Auckland International Airport, where complex IT solutions were managed. Educational background includes time at the University of Auckland and Mount Albert Grammar.
