Paul Shivnan

Paul Shivnan has extensive experience in the fields of finance, asset management, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Since May 2010, Paul has held various managerial roles at KiwiRail, including Finance and Asset Services Manager and GIS and Maximo Manager, where responsibilities include managing GIS service requests and overseeing the Maximo Asset Management System. Paul also served as IS Manager for Infrastructure and Engineering, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives. Prior to KiwiRail, Paul was GIS Manager at ONTRACK, coordinating the GIS Strategic Plan and supporting asset management projects. Paul holds a Diploma in GIS from Massey University and a NZCD in Survey Draughting from Wellington Polytechnic.
