Peter Morris

Peter Morris currently serves as the Executive General Manager Finance and Commercial at KiwiRail since July 2019. Prior to this role, Peter held positions including General Manager Supply Chain at ecostore and Co-founder & Principal Consultant at Solve Group, where the focus was on Integrated Business Planning, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Design, Procurement, Technology Transformation, and Performance Management. Peter also has extensive consultancy experience with organizations such as Ports of Auckland and Zespri International, and previously managed logistics strategies at Fonterra, covering global logistics network design and optimization. Peter's career began at Tranz Rail, where responsibilities included commercial management. Peter holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Lancashire and is a Chartered Certified Accountant from the Emile Woolf School of Accounting.
