Jaimee Astle

Jaimee Astle currently serves as the Senior Web Advisor at New Zealand Red Cross, leading the national web channel since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jaimee held the position of Senior Digital Advisor at Environment Canterbury from September 2019 to December 2022, and further experience includes a variety of roles in digital content and communications at Prudential Assurance, where responsibilities spanned over a decade. Jaimee's early career involved significant positions in news production and reporting at TVNZ and Telecom New Zealand, among others, beginning as a freelance reporter in 1998. Educational qualifications include a Post-Graduate Journalism Diploma from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Media Studies, and Communication from Massey University.
