Alessandra Nadolny Kraus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Alessandra began their career at Gemalto in 2004 as a PrePress Operator, where they worked on daily prepress activities and was involved in planning, outputting films and plates, and managing proofing. Alessandra was also a member of the ISO Implementation and certification team and the Lean Manufacturing Business Unit.

In 2008, Alessandra transitioned to the role of Quality Technician at Gemalto, actively participating in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and being part of the team responsible for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 development and certification.

Alessandra joined Oberthur Technologies in 2010 and held various roles including PrePress Coordinator, AX Power Local Team member, and Continuous Improvement Coordinator. In these positions, they were responsible for process improvement, meeting customer needs, and ensuring continuous improvement in service levels. Alessandra played a key role in implementing new ERP systems, deploying the Esko System, and creating color profiles for contractual proofing.

At IDEMIA, Alessandra served as a Quality Graphics Supervisor from 2016 to 2018, responsible for quality assurance and graphics-related processes. Alessandra then took on the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor, overseeing quality assurance operations.

Currently, Alessandra is working as a Supplier Quality Engineer at NewAge Industries, Inc., starting in November 2021.

Throughout their career, Alessandra has demonstrated a strong focus on quality management, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. Alessandra has successfully reduced customer complaints, waste, and implemented various quality initiatives.

Alessandra Nadolny Kraus's education history begins in 1997 when they attended CEFET-PR, where they pursued a Technician degree in Industrial and Product Design. Alessandra completed their program in 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2006, they attended the Federal University of Technology - Parana, majoring in Graphic Arts, and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. After a gap, in 2009, Alessandra pursued a Post Graduation program in Production Management at FAE Centro Universitário.
