Eileen Smith

Eileen Smith has over 20 years of experience in recruiting and HR roles. Eileen began their career at Lockheed Martin as an Employment Representative Staff, where they provided full life cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions. Eileen then worked as an Admissions Recruiter at ITT Technical Institute before joining Kelly Engineering Resources as an Engineering Recruiter. In this role, they sourced, screened, and placed candidates for permanent and contract positions in the Philadelphia area.

Eileen later worked at Milton Roy as a Contract Recruiter through Kelly Services, where they successfully hired positions for the Marketing Department and assisted in filling other contract positions. Eileen then joined firstPRO Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter and later as a Senior Recruiter/Recruitment Manager, specializing in recruiting for Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering roles.

Eileen also has experience as a Recruiter at Gannett Fleming, where they focused on infrastructure and community improvement projects. Eileen then worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Day & Zimmermann, a family-owned company that specializes in betterment initiatives.

In their most recent role, Eileen served as a Senior Recruiting Specialist at Javan Engineering, a consulting engineering design firm. Eileen'sresponsibilities included hiring and rewarding the best employees to provide practical engineering services to clients in various industries.

Currently, Eileen is working as an HR Generalist/Recruiter at NewAge Industries, a manufacturer and fabricator of flexible plastic tubing and hose. Eileen'srole involves recruiting and HR responsibilities to support the company's production and stock of tubing, fittings, and clamps.

Throughout their career, Eileen has developed a strong expertise in recruiting, sourcing, screening, negotiating offers, and placing qualified candidates. Eileen has worked in a variety of industries, including engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, and consulting.
