Shawn Cole

Shawn Cole has a diverse work experience in various engineering and research roles. Shawn currently works at NewAge Industries, Inc. as a Product Development Manager since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Arkema as a Sr. Engineer from September 2019 to April 2023. Shawn also has experience at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory as a Materials Engineer from August 2014 to September 2019. Before that, they worked at Drexel University as a Thin Films Polymer Researcher in 2013. Shawn gained industry experience as an Engineering/Marketing Intern at Ecospecifier Global from April 2013 to September 2013. Shawn was a Process Improvement Specialist at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in 2012 and a Supplier Quality Engineer at Animas Corporation in 2011.

Shawn Cole attended Drexel University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering.
