Abigail Lang

Abigail Lang is an experienced health and physical education professional with a diverse background in teaching and coaching. Currently serving as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Newark Charter School since July 2020, Abigail previously taught physical education at Colonial School District and Haverford Township School District. Prior to a career in education, Abigail worked at lululemon as a Key Leader and has extensive coaching experience, including roles at CrossFit Explode and CrossFit Riverfront, where responsibilities included nutrition counseling and event management. Abigail holds multiple certifications in CrossFit and yoga, along with a Master of Education in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
