Shelby Tinsley

Shelby Tinsley has a diverse background in education, currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Newark Charter School since August 2019 and previously working as an Elementary School Teacher at both Newark Charter School and Colonial School District from August 2016 to June 2019. In terms of academic qualifications, Shelby Tinsley is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) at The Johns Hopkins University, expected to be completed by August 2024. Previously, a Master of Education (MEd) in Special Education and Teaching was earned from the University of Delaware, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Education and Teaching was also obtained from the University of Delaware.
