Carol Mills

Carol Mills is an experienced professional with a robust background in mental health and finance. Serving as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Newaygo County Mental Health since April 1997, Carol has demonstrated leadership in the mental health field. Prior roles include Finance Director at Muskegon YFCA and Accountant at Orchard View Schools. Carol began the career as a Legal Assistant at Varnum, Riddering, Schmidt & Howlett, specializing in commercial bankruptcy and fraud. Carol holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources from Western Michigan University, an MBA in Business/Human Resources from Grand Valley State University, a BBA in Finance from Grand Valley State University, and an Associate of Arts from Muskegon Community College.
