Jill Whitfield

Jill Whitfield, AIA, is a seasoned architect and Partner at Newbanks, Inc. since November 2013, specializing in construction due diligence consulting services for primary lending institutions. Responsibilities include conducting Front-End Analysis Reviews, Site Observation Reviews, Property Condition Reports, and Cost to Complete Analysis for a diverse range of projects exceeding $100 million. Previous experience encompasses roles at Johnson Johnson Crabtree Architects, where Jill focused on healthcare architecture, and various project management positions at Elemi Architects, Southern Land Company, Ford Powell & Carson Architects, and Lake | Flato Architects. Jill holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Rice University, completed in 2005 and 2003, respectively.
