Dustin Etheridge

Dustin Etheridge is a Sales Development Representative at Blackbaud since February 2025 and serves as the Defensive Coordinator at Ashley Ridge High School from March 2024. Additionally, Dustin holds the position of Gamecock Gateway Coordinator at Midlands Technical College and has been a Defensive Assistant Coach at Newberry College since April 2016, where responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day preparation of the football team. Dustin's prior experience includes serving as the Defensive Coordinator at Heathwood Hall Episcopal School from March 2013 to April 2016, managing the defensive operations and conducting film breakdowns and opponent scouting. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business between 2006 and 2010.
