Annette McClellan

Annette McClellan has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as an AIDC Help Desk Specialist at NewBold Technologies since April 2019, where responsibilities include assisting customers with service requests for AIDC printers and equipment. Before joining NewBold, Annette worked at the National Service Center from August 2005 to March 2019, contributing to the customer service team. Additional experience includes providing service at WW (formerly Weight Watchers) from May 2009 to October 2015, serving as Parish Secretary/Bookkeeper at Holy Cross Catholic Church from October 1995 to February 2005, and holding administrative positions at NCR / AT&T Global Information Solutions and TRS Staffing Solutions in the early 1990s. Annette McClellan holds a degree from the College of Charleston, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
