NewBridge Group is one of the most active funeral home succession planning and financial consulting firms in the industry, having assisted in the sale, purchase, and financing of more than 600 funeral home businesses.

Our Passion:
Our passion and greatest strength is identifying the hidden value in funeral home operations, generating stronger and higher offers from prospective buyers, and defining sale structures that lower income taxes and increase net proceeds to sellers. Our clients have received as much as 50% - 100% more after-tax value from our representation.

Our Process:
As we set out to find hidden value in funeral home businesses, our process begins with a business analysis and company valuation. From there, we compare the company’s current value with the value of expected future earnings, weighing the benefits of selling now versus the strategy of continuing to own and operate. Given the results of this analysis and the desires of the client, we’ll make a recommendation to sell now or offer suggestions on how to maximize value for a future sale. Our process is entirely confidential; our clients are confident they are making sound financial decisions for themselves and the future of their businesses.
