Rebecca Cotton Humbertson

Rebecca Cotton Humbertson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at NewBridge Partners, Inc. since August 2020, Rebecca has previously held significant roles including Senior Project Manager at S2 Analytical Solutions, LLC, and Program Manager at the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity from May 2018 to August 2020. Other notable positions include S5 Plans, Engagement and Capes at MCIA, GEOINT Lead at MCIA, and Senior GEOINT Project Manager at the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency. Additionally, Rebecca has served in various capacities within the US Army for over two decades, culminating in the role of Chief Warrant Officer Three (Retired).
