Joseph D. Pierce

Joseph D. Pierce has diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Joseph D. started their career in the US Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel, serving for over two decades before retiring. Following this, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at ManTech SRS Technologies and later as a Department Manager at ITT Advanced Engineering & Sciences. Joseph D. then joined 2d Battalion, 2d Marines as an Extended Family Advisor on a voluntary basis.

Pierce continued their professional journey as a Senior Program Management Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation. Joseph D. transitioned to Newbrook Solutions, Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Senior IT Operations Planner, Senior Management Consultant and IC ITE Mission Adoption SME, Enterprise Architect and Knowledge Manager, and Senior Systems Engineer and Capture Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in cloud-based enterprise architecture, risk management, customer engagement, and microservices framework development.

In their spare time, Pierce also worked as a Soccer Referee for USSF and CSOA for over 15 years. Overall, they possess a wealth of experience in the military, private sector, and volunteer capacities, showcasing adaptability and a broad range of skills.

Joseph D. Pierce pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo between 1975 and 1984. Following this, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University from 1989 to 1992.
