Yvonne C.

Yvonne C. has over three decades of IT experience, primarily in help desk management and support roles. Currently serving as IT Micro Tech and HelpDesk Coordinator at Newburgh Enlarged City School District since January 2017, Yvonne also operates as a Notary Signing Agent for New York State since June 2006. Previous roles include IT Teaching Assistant at Catskill Central School District for 14 years, Manager of the IT Help Desk at Empire Corporate Federal Credit Union, and Team Lead for the IBM Help Desk under a long-term contract with IBM. Yvonne began their IT career at ORI / United Engineers providing telephone and deskside support. Educational background includes studies at Binghamton University from 1982 to 1984.
