Micaela Connolly

Micaela Connolly began their work experience in 2013 as an Open House Tour Guide at Westfield State University Admissions Department. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Peer Advisor at Westfield State University Academic Advising Center. In 2014, they also became a Team Member at Westfield State University Center for Instructional Technology, a position they held until 2017. During that time, from 2015 to 2017, they served as a Peer Tutor at Westfield State University Banacos Center. In 2017, they took on roles as an Administrative Assistant at Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard University and as a Website Content Manager at Westfield State University Office of Alumni Relations. In the same year, they also started working as a Data Analyst at Bullhorn, a position they held until 2019. Micaela then joined Rapid7 in 2019 as a Business Intelligence Analyst and later transitioned to a Senior Support Operations Analyst role in 2021. Currently, they are a Senior Data Engineer at Newbury Partners, starting in 2023.

Micaela Connolly pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Systems at Westfield State University, from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in 2016, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Edge Hill University, where they focused on Computing for a short period of time.
