Beth McNeff

Beth McNeff is currently the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director at Newburyport Bank since September 2021. Prior to this role, Beth served as the Director of Human Resources at Brooks School from December 2014 to October 2021, where Beth led initiatives to positively impact employee attraction, satisfaction, and wellness. Beth also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at CSMI from September 2009 to December 2014, where Beth worked on HR policies, employee recruitment, benefits, and retention programs. Beth has a diverse educational background with a Masters in Higher Education from The Graduate School at Penn State, a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from Bryant University, and a BS in Marketing from Fitchburg State University.
