Melissa Whiteman, MS, serves as the Branch Operations Manager and Relationship Banker at Newburyport Bank since August 2018. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at AT&T from January 2001 to November 2017, including Project Manager and Assistant Retail Store Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales initiatives, operational compliance, and team development. Before AT&T, Melissa contributed to Robert Half as a Client Services and Recruiting Team Contractor and worked at Formax as a Business Account Executive. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, both from New England College, and completed a College Preparatory program at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
