Danny Piper

Danny Piper is a seasoned investment banker with extensive experience in capital raising and merger & acquisition advisory services, currently serving as Managing Partner at NewCap Partners Inc. since March 2006. Notable achievements include advising on the sale of Peak Devices to TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. Prior to this role, Danny served as a Mergers & Acquisition Advisor at Phoenix Group LLP from 2002 to 2006, managing all M&A activities during that period. Danny's career began in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 2000, where responsibilities included overseeing mission-critical system upgrades for satellite mission control. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, completed in 1994.
