Dave Cowell is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Newcastle Building Society since March 2021, contributing to the recruitment processes for one of the largest building societies in the North East of England. Prior to this role, Dave served as a Talent Relationship Manager at Leighton from August 2018 to March 2021, focusing on recruiting technical roles including Software Developers and Project Managers. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Resourcer at Inchcape UK, where recruitment spanned various positions for prestige dealerships, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Erik Juhler International Recruitment Solutions, specializing in the Marine and Shipping sectors. Dave’s career began with a managerial role at EE from August 2003 to July 2014.
