Gareth Ruddle

Gareth Ruddle has extensive work experience in various roles related to enterprise architecture, migration readiness, operations, and business intelligence. Gareth started their career at Yorkshire Electricity as an Industry Change Facilitator in 2002. Gareth then joined RWE npower in 2002, where they held roles such as Business Improvement Analyst and Migration Reconciliation Manager. In 2005, they briefly worked as a Business/Data Analyst for the UK Department of Health before transitioning to Round The World Travel as a Backpacker. Gareth returned to RWE npower in 2004, where they served as a Project Manager and Support Analyst Programmer. Gareth then moved to npower in 2006, taking on roles like Business Analyst, Data Custodian, Decision Support Manager, and Business Architecture Manager. From 2013 to 2018, Gareth worked at RWE npower as a Design and Architecture Manager. Following that, they worked at npower as the Head of Design and Architecture - Solutions and Process Improvement from 2018 to 2020 and as the Head of Migration - Control and Governance from 2020 to 2021. Gareth then joined E.ON as the Migration Readiness and Operations Business Lead from 2021 to 2022. Gareth later worked at Capgemini as a Solution / Enterprise Architect from April 2022 to December 2022. Gareth currently holds the position of Head of Enterprise Architecture at Newcastle Building Society, starting in December 2022.
