J. Serradilla

J. Serradilla has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Chemical Engineer at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH. Later, they joined Newcastle University in 2012 as a Research Associate in Mathematics & Statistics until 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to being a Research Associate in Civil Engineering at the same university until 2016. The following year, they joined Newcastle Building Society as a Credit Risk Modeller. They then moved up to the role of Senior Data Modeller (Credit Risk) in 2017 and currently hold the position of Head of Model Risk since April 2020.

J. Serradilla began their education at Newcastle University in 2005, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Process Analytics. They continued their studies at the same university and completed a PhD in Statistics from 2008 to 2011. In January 2017, they also obtained a certification in Advanced Credit Risk Management from Technische Universiteit Delft.
