Kirste Worland

Kirste Worland has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kirste is currently working as an IT Services Director at Newcastle Building Society since 2023. Prior to this, Kirste worked at the NHS Business Services Authority from 2015 to 2023, holding various roles including Co-Chair Disability and Neurodiversity Colleague Network, Head of Technology Applications, and Service Area Delivery Manager. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Your Homes Newcastle as an ICT Services Manager and Principal Projects Officer. Before that, from 2004 to 2009, Kirste worked at Sage Software in different roles, including Implementation Manager, Implementation & Web, Portal and CRM Manager, and Application Support Manager.

Kirste Worland's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Newcastle College and earned their HNC degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services by 2007. Kirste later pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Leadership and Management at Northumbria University from 2011 to 2013. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Kirste Worland attended Northumbria University once again to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Senior Leadership.
