Rory Campbell, FRSA, is a seasoned leadership adviser and executive coach with extensive experience spanning over 30 years. Currently serving as a Partner at The Alexander Partnership, Rory focuses on building inspirational leaders across top global organizations. As a co-founder and board adviser at New Vantage Consulting, Rory empowers C-suite executives through tailored coaching. Rory holds multiple board positions including Non Executive Director at Newcastle Building Society and Independent Chair of Ignite Consulting's Board of Trustees. Additionally, Rory contributes as a Visiting Fellow at Nottingham Business School, Fellow at The RSA, and Senior Consultant at Represent Ltd.
