Sally Pearson

Sally Pearson is a User Experience Researcher with a diverse background in various industries, including retail, banking, telecoms, insurance, utilities, and people solutions. Since October 2020, Sally has been working at Newcastle Building Society, where responsibilities include planning and conducting research interviews and usability testing sessions. Previous experience includes a role at Capita as a UX Researcher, where Sally created comprehensive research reports and stakeholder heat maps for major organizations. At Orange Bus, as a Junior UX Researcher, Sally contributed to client projects by synthesizing findings through thematic analysis, building personas, and conducting user interviews. Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Newcastle University.
