Sol Ilett

Sol Ilett has extensive experience in software development and technical management, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Technical Development Manager at Newcastle Building Society since June 2015, Sol has progressed through various roles including Lead Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, and Software Developer. Prior to this, work as a Sales Assistant and cycle mechanic at Halfords provided foundational customer service experience from October 2010 to June 2015. Sol holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing from University Centre Peterborough, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
