Stuart Knight

Stuart Knight possesses extensive experience in property management and consultancy, currently serving as the Interim Head of Property at Newcastle City Council and as a consultant with CIPFA. As Director of Knight Property Consulting Ltd since April 2015, Stuart has specialized in delivering property solutions for local authorities. Previous roles include Interim Assistant Director (Assets & Fleet) at Cumberland Council and Strategic Property Consultant at Liverpool City Council, among others. Stuart’s career includes a significant tenure as Interim Property Programme Director at Derbyshire County Council and as Director of Strategic Asset and Property Management at Nottingham City Council. Stuart holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from Leicester Polytechnic.
