David Rees

David Rees is the current Director at Newcastle International Airport Limited. David has also previously served as the UK Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for National Grid, the Finance Director and Director of Regulation for Lattice Group, and the Director of Corporate Finance for European Capital. Rees has also been with National Grid Plc as the Group Director of Investor Relations from 2006 to 2011. During their time with National Grid, they were also the Chairman of Trustees of National Grid UK Pension Scheme from 2004 to 2009. Prior to their work with National Grid, Rees served as the Director, Corporate Finance and Economic Affairs for the Office of Water Services from 1996 to 2000. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Finance Advisor to Director General for Norske Bank and County NatWest.

David Rees attended Pembroke College, Oxford, where they earned a BA in Mathematics. David then attended Chichester High School.
