Kylie Carr

Kylie Carr has extensive experience in client support and customer service, currently serving as Client Support Lead at Newcastle Strategic Solutions since July 2010. Throughout the tenure at Newcastle Strategic Solutions, Kylie has held multiple roles, including Assistant Client Services Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Customer Services Advisor. Prior experience includes working as a Claims Handler at Highway Insurance from June 2007 to July 2010. Kylie is an alumnus of Bedlingtonshire Community High School.
